Privacy Policy

This policy is issued by SG Capital Real Estate L.L.C S.O.C (“SG Capital”, “we”), a brokerage and investment company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We act as the controller of the personal data described below.

The website asks for no identity documents, financial details or other sensitive information — if a transaction later calls for such papers, they are handled separately, outside this website. The only personal data the site collects is what you type into the contact form:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• the content of your message

We use what you send us for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and to discuss our services with you. In practice that means writing or calling back, agreeing on a time for a call or a viewing, and preparing the property selection you asked about.

We do not sell your data, we do not add you to marketing mailings, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services and conducting ordinary business correspondence.

Providing the data is voluntary. Without a name and an email address, however, we have no way of replying to you.

Our processing is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, in particular Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

This website keeps no client database. A completed form is delivered to the company mailbox as an email through Resend, a transactional email provider based in the United States, which processes the message solely in order to deliver it.

The website itself is hosted on Vercel. Like any hosting provider, Vercel records technical request data such as IP address and browser type in its server logs, in order to operate and protect the site.

Both companies act as processors on our behalf and are bound by their own data protection commitments. Because they operate outside the UAE, your data may be transmitted and stored abroad.

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and it runs no analytics of its own.

The location section embeds a Google Maps frame showing our office. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect data about your device and your interaction with the map, under Google’s own privacy policy. If you would rather not share that data, do not interact with the map, or block third-party content in your browser.

Your enquiry stays in the company mailbox for as long as we need it to handle your request and to keep a record of our business correspondence with you. Once it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, at any time.

Access to the mailbox where enquiries arrive is limited to the SG Capital staff who need it in order to answer you. Data travelling between your browser and this website is encrypted. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.

Under UAE personal data protection law you may:

• ask what data of yours we hold and receive a copy of it
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• request the deletion of your data
• withdraw your consent or object to further processing
• ask us to restrict how your data is used
